This Maplin Premium USB-A 2.0 Extension Cable uses a male USB A 2.0 port to female USB A 2.0 port, which allows you to extend an existing connection or move a USB connection point to another location without the hassle of moving your computer. This cable can be used to passively extend your connection up to a maximum of five meters, however, a larger distance can be covered with help from a USB repeater cable. The maximum transfer rate of this cable is 480 Mbps when all devices are USB 2.0 compliant.
